We are looking for Test Analyst (Middle), who independently tests web and mobile systems, works with integrations, and participates in improving QA processes in the projects.
Make your influence into our victory via providing consultations (conducting analytics and testing) on improving digital products, as well as providing consultations (conducting analytics and testing) on preparing recommendations and substantiated proposals on the directions and priorities for the development and further improvement of digital products, which will ensure increased efficiency and quality of providing electronic services to users of relevant information and communication systems and software.

What you will do
• Test mobile applications and web systems according to requirements;
• Conduct integration testing with partners (banks, services, API connections);
• Write and maintain test documentation for new and existing functions;
• Identify and describe bugs, interact with the team to eliminate them;
• Participate in testing planning and improving QA processes;
• Analyze requirements and search for inconsistencies;
• Check the integrity and correctness of data in databases using SQL;
• Independent testing of new functions;
• Flexible attitude to frequent changes in requirements, ability to quickly switch to another task;
• analytical and methodological support for the development of the ICS of the Ministry of Defense, business analysis, formation of concepts for the functional development of digital products;
• preparation, clarification and updating of functional, business and technical requirements, technical specifications and technical tasks;
• testing, preliminary and acceptance tests of software; development of programs, methods and test protocols;
• development and support of design, technical and operational documentation, including descriptions of internal and external APIs;
• design and user support for digital products of the Ministry of Defense; implementation of software solutions and consulting support for users;
• consultations within the framework of warranty support for software during its operation.
What you need for this
• Knowledge of testing types and approaches (functional, regression, integration, usability, etc.);
• Understanding the role of QA in the development process, experience in interacting with a team (Dev, BA, DevOps);
• Experience working with test documentation (requirements analysis, test cases, bug reports);
• Practice in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android), using programs for reading logs;
• Understanding the operation of client-server systems and microservice architecture;
• Experience in testing REST API, working with Postman/Insomnia, understanding Swagger, knowledge of status codes;
• Knowledge of DevTools;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ability to write basic queries;
• Knowledge of testing theory;
• Experience with CRM/ERP/ICS (information consultation system)
• Ability to analyze and distinguish Backend from Frontend.
• Passing a polygraph before starting work.
Nice to have:
• Experience in the public sector
• Experience in interacting with government agencies;
• Knowledge of electronic tools – KEP, Diya, etc.
• Experience with automated tests (Selenium, Appium, Cypress);
• Understanding of CI/CD, experience with DevOps tools;
• Experience testing high-load systems;
• Working with JIRA, XRay, Confluence or similar;
• Knowledge of the basics of data security and vulnerability testing.
