What project we have for you

Our Customer is the European R&D center for the biggest world leading automotive brands. Together, we will work on a new electric mobility technology and solutions that aim to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles.

What you will do

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

Contribute to user-centered solutions and advocate for user needs

Participate in user research and help synthesize insights

Design in-car experiences from concept through implementation

Communicate design ideas clearly in discussions, documentation, and presentations

Support and participate in online and offline workshops

Design and validate interactions with and without users

Reuse and contribute to Design Systems and UI libraries

Apply accessibility principles in design decisions

Present design solutions to the project team and stakeholders

Learn from senior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

What you need for this

2+ years of commercial experience in product design

Experience in automotive, embedded systems, or other complex digital products

Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand user and business challenges

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being an active team player

Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Structured and systematic approach to the design process with attention to detail

Experience participating in generative and evaluative research activities

Solid understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals

Experience working with design systems and reusable components in Figma

Human-centric design mindset with readiness for rapid iteration

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and consistent outcomes

Ability to manage own tasks and priorities with guidance in a multi-project environment

Ability to analyze design tasks and clarify requirements with support from senior designers or product partners

Relevant IT or Design education, courses, or certifications

English level B2 or higher

Driver’s license and practical driving experience
