Our fast-growing and professional team is looking for a Middle JS React who will join the development of a new bespoke white label card solution that will allow employees to pay for medical expenses. Our client is one of the most well-known and funded startups in its industry, based in the United States. By joining our team, you will get exceptional businesstechnicalmultinational experience working with the demanded product in a competitive American market.
The candidate will be a part of the brand new project team to create a top-notch system from scratch, acting as an expert in technologies with dedicated innovation resources. The project goal is to build and set up a new scalable product and increase the time to market for the system.
The team is responsible for all aspects of building the product, from ideation to creation. Cloud-native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within the project.
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts
• Write application interface codes using JavaScript following React workflows
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product teams, and graphic designers to develop a well-structured and flexible architecture
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
• Work with back-end web developers to integrate APIs
• Troubleshoot interface software, debug application codes and participate in code reviews
• Monitor and improve front-end performance and ensure UI/UX designs meet usability guidelines
• Maintain existing React systems, fix bugs, and develop new custom components to meet project requirements
• Ensure high-performance components across various devices and browsers
Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend technologies
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CSS-in-JS libraries such as SASS
• Strong experience with React and related libraries like React Router
• Experience with at least one of the state management systems such as React Context, Redux, or Recoil
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, fetching data using Axios or similar, and working with backend
developers
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Understanding of web performance optimization, best practices, and error handling
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, Cypress or similar
• Can set up route-based code splitting using React Router and React.lazy
• Understanding some of the major factors for optimizing app performance
• Experience with SSR using Next.js, Gatsby, Remix, or other frameworks
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Will be a plus:
• Experience of working with CI/CD environments and pipelines
• Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
• Experience with GraphQL or other query languages
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
