Step into a hands-on marketing role where you’ll help shape real campaigns, manage our one-of-a-kind Technology Showroom, and bring fresh ideas to life across LinkedIn and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to grow your marketing skills while working closely with experienced teams across digital, content, and commercial functions — all in a fast-moving tech environment that values collaboration and initiative.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Retail and FS&I business units at Intellias. This junior-level role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s ready to get involved in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, digital activity, and internal coordination. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues across content, digital, design, and sales. From managing our Technology Showroom to coordinating LinkedIn activity and supporting partner events, this is a varied and practical role that will give you exposure to many areas of B2B marketing in a global tech business.
Showroom Management: Own the day-to-day operations of the Intellias Technology Showroom, ensuring the space is visitor-ready and aligned with current marketing priorities. Coordinate internal teams to update demos, signage, and visitor experiences as required.
Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by aligning input from segment stakeholders with the central Content, Digital, and Design teams.
Content Workflow: Act as a liaison between the segment teams and Content Team, ensuring relevant insights, messaging, and ideas are shared, clarified, and translated into briefs.
Digital Marketing Support: Manage LinkedIn accounts specific to the Retail and FS&I business units, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting performance to inform ongoing strategy.
Partner and Event Support: Assist with the execution of partner marketing activities, including logistics for joint events, coordination of co-branded materials, and alignment with campaign timelines.
Campaign Reporting: Help track and report on campaign and LinkedIn performance using internal dashboards and standard tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, CRM).
Team Operations: Support general team operations including calendar coordination, meeting notes, maintaining campaign trackers, and liaising with suppliers and freelancers.
