We are looking for a Junior People Data Analyst to join our Talent Management Office (TMO). This role offers an opportunity to build expertise in People Analytics and work with real business data in a dynamic environment

What project we have for you

You will join a team responsible for people analytics within Talent Management, supporting decision-making across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to employee experience and retention.

The role focuses on working with talent data, supporting reporting and dashboards, and identifying trends and risks to improve processes and outcomes. You will collaborate with different stakeholders and contribute to building a more data-driven approach to Talent Management.

What you will do

  • Monitor key talent metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring timelines, capacity) and identify trends, risks
  • Support analysis of talent data and flag potential issues impacting Talent Management processes
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and support development of Power BI reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
  • Support preparation of insights to enable data-informed decisions

What you need for this

  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Analytics (preferably in IT)
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus
  • Analytical thinking for data evaluation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
