What project we have for you

As our Inside Sales Manager, your contributions will shape the Mobility Segment. 

What you will do

  • Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all leads generated outside the Mobility Account team.
  • Systematically evaluating incoming prospects, spearheading lead qualification for small deals.
  • Leading the entire proposal development process for allocated small deals.
  • Cultivating client relationships during the proposal process.
  • Steering contract negotiations for agreements that align with organizational objectives.
  • Crafting compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences, utilizing impactful storytelling techniques.
  • Coordinating bid teams, offering expert advice, leading RFI preparation, and driving proposal development.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with Mobility Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Marketing Teams to fuel business-generating activities.
  • Maintaining CRM records and supporting the Sales team with pipeline monitoring and updates.

What you need for this

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Outsourcing, business development, or tender management.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, especially in the Automotive and Transport industries.
  • In-depth grasp of the IT Outsourcing industry, including business models, sales cycles, markets, and modern software development practices.
  • Proven success in systematically evaluating and qualifying prospects.
  • A track record of leading successful proposal development.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Previous hands-on experience with MS 365 (especially Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Automotive/Transportation domain background or understanding of the Mobility technological landscape.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Presales activities.
  • Your past success stories in the industry.
