As an Inside Sales Manager in our Mobility Segment, you’ll be pivotal in driving new business opportunities, nurturing accounts in Automotive, Transportation and Embedded domains, and shaping our presales processes.

What you will do

Must-Have Skills That Make You Shine

Experience: 3+ years in IT Outsourcing, business development, account management, presales, or tender management.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Automotive, Transportation, or Embedded sectors, paired with a deep knowledge of IT Outsourcing sales cycles and software development practices.

Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated success in lead qualification, proposal development, and managing client relationships.

Tools Mastery: Proficiency in MS 365 (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), CRM systems, Confluence, and JIRA.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills, with advanced English proficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Account Management Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying and developing new areas of growth.

Proposal Development: Own the proposal creation process, tailoring each proposal to align with client needs while showcasing Intellias’ value proposition.

Contract Negotiations: Lead discussions with clients to structure agreements that align with both client goals and Intellias’ strategic objectives.

Persuasive Storytelling: Develop and deliver impactful presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, highlighting our capabilities and solutions.

Deal Engagement & Qualification: assess and qualify opportunities to prioritize the most promising deals.

Process Optimization: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Inside Sales activities.

Cross-Functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with Mobility Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Marketing teams, driving business-generating activities and ensuring our proposals reflect our collective expertise.
