Your Impactful Role: 

As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be integral to our Mobility Segment, specifically focusing on the success of our OEM team and contributing to key OEM accounts business development.

What you will do

  • Supporting OEM Accounts: Collaborate closely with account managers to strengthen our relationships with existing OEM clients within this segment, including ADP development and support with clients’ QBR preparations.
  • Creating Persuasive Presentations: Utilize impactful storytelling techniques to craft presentations that captivate diverse audiences, including OEM stakeholders, making a compelling case for our solutions.
  • Orchestrating Proposal Teams: Coordinate with bid teams, offer expert advice, lead RFI preparation, and oversee proposal development, ensuring every submission highlights our strengths and meets client expectations.
  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with the OEM team, Mobility Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Marketing teams to drive business-generating activities and ensure our proposals reflect our collective expertise.
  • Optimizing Inside Sales Processes: Keep CRM records updated, support pipeline monitoring, and drive process improvements that enhance our Inside Sales activities for OEM accounts.

What you need for this

  • Automotive domain background or understanding of the Automotive technological landscape.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing Industry, business development activities, or tender management; Previous experience of presales and bidding processes will be a great plus.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC approaches, and IT Outsourcing business mode.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite: strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in using Pipedrive (or any other CRM system), Confluence, JIRA, PowerBi or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Fast learner capable of acquiring new expertise.
  • Self-organized, pro-active, positive.
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with the analytical mindset and “just right” mix of perfectionism and result-orientation.
  • Ability to work as a part of the team as well as independently.
  • English: Advanced.
