What project we have for you

We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Lead for our Revenue Data Operations and Sales Enablement team. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data, oversee the efficient operation of revenue tools and systems, and provide operational support for various revenue functions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data management, technology (tools) management and team leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
 

What you will do

Responsibilities:

 1. Revenue Data Hygiene Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture and integration from various sources.
  • Ensure data completeness and consistency through continuous quality checks.
  • Develop and implement data quality (hygiene) standards, instructions, and processes to enhance the reliability of revenue-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to revenue operations.

 2. Revenue Tools and Systems:

  • Evaluate and drive implementation of the technology stack that supports revenue-generating functions (sales, service, marketing).
  • Act as a product owner for revenue-related tools.
  • Manage the corporate CRM system: implement modifications according to business needs; create / change fields, workflows, controls, and filters; modify/upgrade UI configuration, etc.
  • Manage other revenue-related systems, like LI Sales Navigator, telephony, Outreach tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of revenue tools.
  • Onboard and train new business users with specific tools.
  • Manage licenses and subscriptions for revenue-related tools, forecast demand, initiate purchases and payments, and grant access to business users.

 3. Sales Enablement:

  • Manage sales onboarding process.
  • Manage sales library and ensure quality and structured materials aligned with all content suppliers (Marketing teams, Delivery, Technology office, etc.).
  • Create enablement material based on business requests: battle cards, dialogue tools, reminders, etc. 
  • Manage business development community and encourage teams to share knowledge and collaborate: boot camps, meetups, and RevOps town halls. 

4. Operational Support:

  • Support revenue and other functions according to their inquiries: CRM item registration/update, data extraction and assembling, payment requests, etc.
  • Create/update documents on Confluence according to business requests.
  • Operational monitoring of the processes: onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Supervision of operational support workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

 5. Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and support professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps BPs, Analytics, Finance, Sales, and Service teams to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional communication and to implement process enhancements and best practices.

What you need for this

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of job experience in the industry or related field.
  • Team management experience.
  • CRM implementation and maintenance experience.
  • Upper intermediate English and other foreign languages will be a plus.
  • Strong user of MS Office package.
    * Power BI work experience will be a plus. 

  • MS 365 CRM work experience will be a plus.
  • Confluence work experience will be a plus.

Skills:

  • Superior planning and organisation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high performance and adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Understanding software engineering services and global technology trends would be a plus.
