What you will do

Drive GTM Strategy & Operating Cadence

  • Evolve and operationalize GTM programs that connect client priorities with Intellias’ strengths across the product development and innovation ecosystem.
  • Bring structure, visibility, and measurable outcomes to a fast-scaling vertical.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable frameworks, performance dashboards, and leadership rhythms.

Accelerate Growth & Enablement

  • Refine and expand sales enablement content and thought-leadership assets that differentiate Intellias within product innovation and AI-driven transformation.
  • Align commercial, marketing, and delivery teams around unified vertical narratives and GTM priorities.
  • Strengthen account segmentation, targeting, and campaign alignment for high-impact pursuits.

Deliver Market & Ecosystem Insights

  • Monitor innovation trends across ISV, High-Tech, and AI markets to inform GTM and partnership strategy.
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner ecosystems.
  • Synthesize insights into concise leadership briefings and opportunity frameworks.

Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Collaborate with alliance teams to extend strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Support joint GTM programs and solution enablement efforts that enhance Intellias’ presence in the innovation ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The ISV & High-Tech GTM program scaled and optimized, with consistent rhythm and measurable traction.
  • Strengthened cross-functional alignment across product development, delivery, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Improved visibility into vertical pipeline performance, partner engagement, and growth outcomes.
  • Clear, repeatable frameworks established to sustain growth across the product innovation ecosystem.
  • Recognized impact in advancing Intellias’ AI-first, innovation-led positioning within the ISV and High-Tech space.

What you need for this

  • 10+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or product-led GTM, ideally within ISV or High-Tech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of product development and innovation ecosystems, including how AI and data enable differentiation and scale.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling GTM or growth programs across complex, global organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: able to articulate strategic value and shape executive-level narratives.
  • Operate effectively as a fractional or contract leader: independent, outcomes-driven, and collaborative with senior executives.
