What project we have for you

The Global Talent Services Specialist ensures accurate and compliant people data and employment administration across assigned countries, supporting the employee lifecycle and enabling timely, reliable payroll and operations.

What you will do

1. Employment Lifecycle Administration & Documentation

  • Manage all employee data and documentation across the hire-to-exit lifecycle (offers, contracts, amendments, promotions, transfers, exits). 
  • Prepare and issue employment-related letters and documentation in compliance with local legislation. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and document repositories. 
  • Complete all required administrative tasks for new hires and leavers in a timely and accurate manner, including system updates and documentation. 
  • Maintain organisational structure and position data (creation, updates, reporting lines) in HRIS to ensure accurate workforce information. 
  • Act as the point of contact for employees and managers on administrative and documentation-related queries. 

2. Data Management, Systems, Time & Attendance, and Payroll Inputs

  • Ensure all people data is accurately captured, updated, and maintained in HRIS and other systems. 
  • Maintain and validate time & attendance data to ensure accuracy for payroll and compliance. 
  • Prepare and validate payroll input data (e.g., new hires, changes, allowances, variable payments, deductions) to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. 
  • Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across systems. 
  • Prepare and submit mandatory statutory and legislative employment reports for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance. 
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and workforce data for HR, Finance, or leadership as required. 
  • Support employees and managers with system and data-related queries, including corrections to time & attendance or personal information. 
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR systems, tools, and process improvements by providing data, testing support, and operational insights. 

3. Compliance, Policies, and Local Labour Law Expertise

  • Ensure all employment actions comply with country-specific labour legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local labour law and monitor updates, advising the Global Talent Services Lead on required adjustments to practices or documentation. 
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and demonstrating compliance. 
  • Manage sensitive and confidential employee information in alignment with data privacy regulations (GDPR or local equivalents). 
  • Escalate compliance risks or potential legal concerns proactively and support appropriate mitigation actions. 

What you need for this

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR administration, people operations, or payroll support roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation for assigned countries. 
  • Experience preparing payroll inputs and managing employee data in HR systems. 
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly. 
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS, document management systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
