The Global Digital Marketing Manager role is to design, create, and deliver digital marketing campaigns and improve activation processes to support the expansion and growth of client’s services and products. The person helps global and local teams with their Digital Marketing campaigns and activation plans, including campaign design, build, preparation, execution, and evaluation. She/He will have many years of experience working with performance marketing and planning and running digital marketing campaigns. This includes experience working with Analytics, SEO, Paid Media, Content Management, Lead Management etc. In addition, she/he is responsible for leading, guiding and training digital marketers and other individuals across the organization and scale capabilities. Together with the Digital Marketing team and key global and local stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist manages marketing processes and practices to reach business goals by using digital technologies and channels.
Digital marketing is a key success factor for our company’s future. As the industry gradually shifts from traditional to more digital marketing approaches, this role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. This includes a shift in mindset across global and local teams, implementation of strong processes, country support for campaigns execution, and enablement with digital marketing tools.
The Digital Marketing organization will primarily work with the CP business. The team works alongside the global product marketing teams to enable new product launches and regular marketing campaigns with a digital-first mindset.
Campaign management:
Processes and support: Support local and global teams with their digital marketing campaigns. Help to increase global digital marketing processes, adoption of platforms, channels, tools and quality of digital marketing campaign execution. Ensure and catalyze collaboration and transparency across teams internally (e.g., Branding, Communications, Commercial Excellence, global and local Marketing teams, IT/Digital teams) and externally, interfacing with agencies.
Data-driven optimization: Establish, evolve and maintain digital marketing dashboards and champion data driven decision making. Lead consistent use and review of KPIs to measure ROI, monitor process and adjust course, e.g., to optimize campaigns (incl. website/social media performance) and optimize digital A&P spend.
Mindset change: Support the organization’s transformation of marketing from more traditional towards digital approaches by brining innovative methodologies, new tools, a drive to experiment and best practices from other industries. Manage end-to-end digital projects to drive, validate and embed the change with other teams.
Scaling and automation: Scale digital marketing capabilities globally by (1) building capabilities in local marketing teams, (2) standardize processes and templates, (3) drive implementation and adoption of marketing automation systems and (4) leverage digital management assets across markets.
