What project we have for you

We are looking for a skilled and driven FP&A Specialist to join our FP&A Team. As an FP&A Specialist, you’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Management, and other stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives.

What you will do

  • Serve as a finance business partner to non-delivery functions, supporting annual planning, monthly forecasting, performance analysis.
  • Prepare analytical reports and provide insights for monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
  • Conduct investment and business case analysis for strategic initiatives, new tools, and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning, ROI evaluation, and long-term forecasting.
  • Lead benchmarking process, comparing internal performance metrics with market standards or industry peers.
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve financial process automation, reporting efficiency, and data quality improvements.
  • Manage company-level metrics, including rate card calculations, salary range analysis, unit economics by location, and other key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote cost-conscious decision-making and track outcomes of strategic initiatives.

What you need for this

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience. Experience in the Big 4 Audit firm and/or the IT industry will be a plus. 
  • ACCA, DipIFR, CAP/CIPA, CIMA or other certificates will be a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
