We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Document Solutions Lead to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of document management and content solutions across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing document lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling digital transformation through modern document technologies and automation.

  • Define and execute the enterprise document management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of document management and content solutions.
  • Own governance frameworks, policies, and standards for document and records management.
  • Create, edit, and adapt written content based on customer requests (guidelines, announcements, informational pages, presentations, etc.).
  • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint knowledge base, ensuring clear structure, usability, and visual consistency; ensure a single source of truth, easy-to-find, always updated.
  • Create, maintain and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate tone of voice and branding across all documents and notifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear and engaging content and solutions.
  • Continuously improve and optimize document lifecycle processes (creation, storage, retrieval, archiving, disposal).
  • Drive automation initiatives (AI-based document processing, information analysis etc.)
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and continuously improve document processes

  • 5+ years of experience in document management, ECM, or information management.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level implementations or transformations.
  • Active user of AI to assist and fully automate content maintenance and management. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of document lifecycle, records management, and governance
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including creating, design and managing pages.
  • Ability to transform complex or raw information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Familiarity with content governance or documentation standards.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles for content presentation and page structure.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for content quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage a small team.
  • Basic graphic design or visual content skills (e.g., banners, simple visuals etc.).
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English.
