We are seeking an Engagement & Belonging Specialist with strong operational skills, a keen design sense, exceptional attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility and organizational thinking.
The ideal candidate is ready to join our team and contribute to developing creative solutions, including corporate merchandise and related services.

What you will do

1. Merchandise Operations Management

  • Full vendor management cycle: sourcing, negotiations, contract coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Procurement planning, inventory control, logistics, and order tracking
  • Merchandise distribution for the Ukrainian office and partially for international locations
  • Product issuance, stock tracking, and cross-departmental settlements

2. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Planning and managing quarterly and annual merchandise budgets
  • Expense tracking, maintaining financial and operational documentation

3. Internal Requests & Recognition Programs

  • Processing employee requests for additional or personalized merchandise
  • Coordinating and managing orders for recognition programs, annual awards, seasonal gifts, and welcome kits
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support internal requests

4. Online Store Management

  • Managing product listings on the platform, including content updates and inventory accuracy
  • Organizing product photoshoots when needed, maintaining the visual appeal of the store

What you need for this

  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or procurement
  • Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and working with legal/contract documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; basic PowerPoint skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong organizational thinking
  • Vendor management experience and effective communication skills
  • Understanding of internal business processes in a corporate environment
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Awareness of current merchandise and design trends
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Coordinator or Engagement & Belonging Specialist role.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform or internal store
