Intellias is looking for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving measurable growth across both Talent Business Partnership and Employee Experience Streams in the global multi-cultural environment. The role of Employee Experience Director for a strategic visionary, creative thinker and team-builder, capable of driving results against defined success metrics and while building human-to-human relationship with all stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and implementation of programs, and initiatives that will directly shape the overall Global Employee Experience for the company;
  • Develop, implement and update the Total Global Reward system to attract, develop and retain Intellias talents;
  • Continuous improvement of HR policies and processes to achieve business goals with a focus on productivity;
  • Formulate and execute Internal communications strategy;
  • Be a pro-active advisor and influencer for stakeholders;
  • Engage and strategically support various continuous improvement initiatives across the organization;
  • Model and embed company values in all activities;
  • Lead the global team of senior talent business partners, senior employee experience experts, contribute to their professional growth;
  • Continue making Intellias the Best place to work.

What you need for this

  • 8+ years of experience in HR sphere in a fast-paced multinational environment;
  • 4+ years of managerial experience;
  • Professional certifications;
  • Experience in designing and implementing new HR programs and initiatives;
  • Ability to influence through expertise, data, experiences, and relationships;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • People-oriented mindset;
  • Advanced English.
