The Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting business processes using technology solutions. This role is dedicated to rigorously testing and stress-testing complex, large-scale projects developed by the team, to identify and report software defects, often through creative and unconventional methods to push the system to its limits. Once any issues are identified, the Senior Quality Engineer communicates them clearly, providing detailed steps to reproduce the bugs. This role also provides stakeholders with timely updates and metrics through effective communication. They adapt to evolving business and project requirements by creating automated regression tests ensuring stability of solutions in response to these changes. In addition to their testing duties, The Senior Quality Engineer contributes to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement. They take a leadership role in implementing and championing testing standards and best practices across cross-functional teams.

Role Overview 

The Senior Product Manager at Intellias will spearhead the business aspects of digital experience creation with a strong focus on a product-led approach to drive or define the product vision. Responsible for establishing the long-term vision and goals, this role requires a strategic mindset that blends market insights, business acumen, and innovative thinking to propel product development across various industries. 

Set Product Vision and Strategy

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to enterprise strategy and customer needs
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities using customer research, data insights, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps that balance near‑term impact with long‑term value
  • Clearly articulate product direction and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from executives to delivery teams

Drive Measurable Outcomes

  • Own product roadmaps and backlog prioritization in partnership with engineering and design
  • Establish and manage product and feature‑level KPIs tied to customer value and business outcomes
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure success
  • Lead experimentation and optimization efforts, including A/B testing and iterative improvements

Lead Product Delivery Through Influence

  • Serve as the product leader for your focus area, guiding cross‑functional delivery teams through a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Align engineering, design, analytics, and business partners around priorities, trade‑offs, and desired outcomes
  • Translate strategy into clear product direction, ensuring teams understand the why behind the work, not just the what
  • Drive shared accountability for outcomes by setting clear goals, success metrics, and expectations across the delivery team
  • Act as a catalyst for strong product practices, encouraging customer‑centric thinking, data‑informed decision making, and continuous improvement
  • Provide constructive feedback and partnership to peers and collaborators to strengthen delivery quality and product impact

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams across marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle
  • Improve ways of working, workflows, and collaboration models to increase efficiency and clarity
  • Identify and scale best practices across teams to improve delivery consistency and product quality

AI & Intelligent Experience Expectations

Digital Product Managers at the Client company are expected to thoughtfully leverage AI capabilities to improve customer experiences, internal efficiency, and decision‑making, while ensuring responsible and ethical use.

  • Apply AI to End-Customer Value
    Identify opportunities where AI can simplify customer workflows, personalize experiences, reduce friction, or improve decision‑making across digital touchpoints.
  • Partner on AI‑Enabled Solutions
    Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and vendor partners to define AI‑powered features, including requirements, success metrics, and user experience considerations.
  • Data‑Driven Product Decisions
    Use AI‑assisted insights (e.g., analytics, customer sentiment, behavioral patterns) to inform prioritization, experimentation, and roadmap decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency & Product Practice
    Leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows, such as discovery synthesis, backlog refinement, documentation, and analysis, while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Responsible & Ethical AI Use
    Ensure AI solutions align with Client’s standards for data privacy, security, transparency, and responsible use, especially in customer‑facing experiences.
  • Continuous Learning
    Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities, trends, and best practices relevant to digital product management and enterprise technology.

What you need for this

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management
  • Experience delivering eCommerce or large‑scale digital experiences (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including agile development practices (SAFe experience a plus)
  • Proven people leadership experience, managing direct and/or indirect teams, including offshore partners
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a bias toward action and outcomes
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating change in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience with testing and optimization tools and applying insights to product decisions
  • Highly organized, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes
