What project we have for you

We’re hiring a seasoned Director of Partnerships to drive our cloud alliance strategy across Europe, concentrating on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. This role suits a growth-oriented, strategic leader who excels in a fast-paced, high-impact setting and has a proven history of creating and expanding partner ecosystems.

What you will do

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive Intellias’ Europe-wide partnership strategy with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud to accelerate growth via joint initiatives, GTM programs, and co-sell models.
  • GTM Development: Create and lead robust GTM plans with Hyperscaler partners to grow cloud services revenue aligned with sales and delivery capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong executive relationships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud in Europe, focusing on sales, partner development, and industry teams.
  • Co-Selling & Acceleration: Collaborate with Hyperscaler sales teams to generate joint pipelines, speed opportunities, and differentiate from rivals.
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure Intellias’ certifications and competencies meet partner requirements to unlock deeper collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Delivery, Technical Presales, and Marketing for strategic alignment and execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, Hyperscaler updates, and competitive landscapes to refine strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Intellias at industry events and partner forums; act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients.

What you need for this

  • 5+ years in cloud alliance management, partner sales, or business development, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven success in co-selling, GTM execution, and revenue acceleration via partnerships.
  • Strong network and visibility in the European hyperscaler ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, digital transformation, and enterprise IT.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional, international setting.
  • English fluent; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
