The Global Digital Marketing team is at the forefront of our Customer digital and AI transformation, driving marketing excellence across all regions through systematic capability building, strategic frameworks, and cutting-edge technology adoption. This role is central to our mission of accelerating digital maturity and AI-enabled marketing capabilities across the organization, ensuring that our global frameworks translate into measurable local impact

The Digital Marketing Capability Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating the global rollout of GDM’s upskilling programs. You will ensure that our flagship capability-building initiatives—Digital Marketing Strategy (DMS) and LevelUP—scale effectively across Europe, LATAM, AMEA, and other strategic markets. This role requires exceptional project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to transform strategic program designs into executable regional implementations

What you will do

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Digital Marketing Strategy (DMS) Program Rollout
    • Coordinate the strategic planning and execution of DMS program across Europe, LATAM, AMEA, and other priority markets where we can drive Digital Marketing Maturity impact
    • Work with regional marketing teams to identify target countries and local teams based on maturity assessments and strategic priorities
    • Manage end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, participant communications, material preparation, and post-program follow-up
    • Ensure the global DM strategy framework is properly adapted and applied in diverse market contexts
    • Track program delivery timelines and flag potential risks or delays proactively
  • LevelUP Program Coordination
    • Partner closely with the GDM Campaign team to plan and execute LevelUP workshops across regions
    • Coordinate with regional teams on country selection and local team participation
    • Ensure workshops effectively upskill participants on global martech stack (and AI tools) with direct application to campaigns countries are running or planning
    • Facilitate the connection between global martech capabilities and local campaign execution needs
    • Support the integration of AI transformation objectives into every LevelUP delivery
  • New Program Scalability
    • Support the launch and coordination of new flagship programs (e.g., Content Management Program)
    • Evaluate scalability requirements for each program and recommend operational approaches
    • Design and implement “train the trainer” or similar multiplier models to extend program reach beyond direct GDM delivery capacity
    • Identify and develop regional and local champions who can serve as trainers or ambassadors for our programs
    • Create standardized program delivery frameworks that enable regional teams to execute with quality and consistency

Strategic Alignment

  • AI Transformation Program
    • Align capability-building objectives with the AI transformation program to ensure program outcomes contribute to broader organizational AI adoption goals
    • Ensure upskilling programs prepare teams to effectively leverage AI product capabilities in their marketing workflows
    • Collaborate with the AI transformation team to identify synergies between program delivery and AI product rollout initiatives

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Collaborate extensively with DXP team, GDM Campaign team, regional marketing teams, and local leadership teams
    • Build strong working relationships with regional coordinators and champions (both existing and those you’ll help identify)
    • Act as the primary coordination point between global program design and regional execution
    • Facilitate alignment meetings and working sessions to ensure programs meet regional needs while maintaining global consistency
    • Manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of digital maturity
  • Regional Enablement
    • Enable regional teams to take ownership of program delivery in their markets
    • Provide coaching and support to regional champions as they facilitate programs locally
    • Create feedback loops between regional execution and global program design to continuously improve offerings

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Program Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key success metrics:
    • Number of teams successfully completing programs
    • Program Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
    • Digital Marketing Maturity increases
    • Martech and AI tools adoption rates
    • Create regular reporting cadences to keep leadership informed of program performance
    • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities based on program data
    • Use metrics to continuously refine program design and delivery approaches

 

  • AI-First Approach
    • Leverage AI tools extensively in your daily work (Claude, and other emerging AI tools)
    • Model AI adoption and champion its use across program delivery
    • Integrate AI transformation objectives into every program you coordinate
    • Stay current on AI capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance programs through AI

What you need for this

 

  • Campaign Planning Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing campaign planning, from strategy through execution. You need to speak the language of marketers and understand their real-world challenges.
  • Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across different geographies and stakeholder groups. You must be able to keep trains running on time across time zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in coordinating with diverse stakeholders including global teams, regional leaders, and local teams. You know how to influence without authority and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
  • Program Coordination: Experience coordinating learning programs, capability-building initiatives, or transformation programs at scale. You understand what it takes to move from program design to actual implementation
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) for tracking and coordinating complex initiatives across teams and regions
  • AI Tools Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and program delivery
  • Documentation: Ability to create clear templates, playbooks, and process documentation
