What project we have for you

We are looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist who will support delivery units in operational governance, planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role acts as a bridge between Delivery, Finance and Management, ensuring operational consistency, data accuracy, and process efficiency across delivery engagements.

What you will do

Provide operational and account-level support for delivery engagements

Work closely with internal capabilities to support resource availability, allocation, and planning

Assist in resource visibility and coordination, acting as a connecting role between delivery and internal capability teams

Support client-facing communication from an operational and planning perspective

Prepare and maintain operational and financial inputs for account and delivery discussions

Support objective setting, planning cycles, and execution tracking for delivery teams

Facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration between Delivery, internal capabilities, Finance, and Account teams
Design and optimize business processes

What you need for this

University degree in management, business administration, economics, or a related field

Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivery operations, operations management, or similar roles

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions, not just collect data

High level of communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and calmly to different stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment

Strong attention to detail combined with a system-level view and design of processes

Proven ability to collaborate across functions (Delivery, Finance, HR, Management)

English — B2 level (spoken and written)
