What project we have for you

We are seeking a mature Delivery Manager who combines strong operational discipline with the ability to manage and support active projects within a diverse delivery portfolio. This role requires a proactive leader with a high sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and the capability to operate effectively across multiple contexts, domains, and client environments.

Beyond operational excellence, this role is for someone who can step into active projects, drive clarity, stabilize delivery, support teams, and help initiate or shape new engagements. You will work closely with Delivery Leadership, Account Management, and cross‑functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and portfolio growth.

What you will do

  • Ensure delivery governance is followed, keeping processes, risks, and KPIs controlled and visible.
  • Respond quickly to operational issues, escalating and driving them to closure.
  • Coordinate effectively across engineering teams, functional departments, and client stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to maintain efficient staffing and healthy team rotations.
  • Oversee and support multiple projects within the portfolio to maintain consistent delivery quality.
  • Step into active projects when needed to stabilize delivery, improve processes, and resolve operational or team issues.
  • Conduct delivery reviews, identify recurring or systemic challenges, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between teams working on related or interconnected initiatives.
  • Contribute to launching new projects, including discovery, process setup, team formation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide hands‑on delivery support for small and medium projects that do not require a dedicated PM.
  • Assist with ceremonies, planning, roadmaps, backlogs, and reporting.
  • Support presale and early engagement phases by preparing delivery inputs, risks, and initial plans under the supervision of more senior leadership.
  • Act as a people manager for assigned team members, conducting check‑ins, coaching, and development discussions.
  • Monitor satisfaction, engagement, and retention risks, and take proactive steps to maintain a healthy team.
  • Collaborate with HR, Competence Leads, and Delivery Leadership on talent development.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build trust with clients through ownership, transparency, and consistent delivery reliability.
  • Manage client expectations, support escalations, and ensure a stable, high‑quality delivery experience.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reporting on project and portfolio health, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams and provide concise updates to leadership or clients.
  • Maintain all delivery documentation with high precision and attention to detail.

What you need for this

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or program coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high quality and urgency.
  • Hands-on experience stepping into active delivery situations and improving processes or team performance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, traditional delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and hybrid ones.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of delivery governance and reporting.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.

Strong Advantage

  • Experience launching new projects, including discovery and setup phases.
  • Experience with healthcare-related projects.
  • Experience in multi-stream or multi-account delivery.
  • Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.
  • Flexibility of working hours and being available/responsive until 8-9 pm Ukraine time (upon need)
