What project we have for you

Join a transformative data and AI platform initiative aimed at modernizing enterprise-scale capabilities and enabling real-time decision-making. This project delivers a comprehensive roadmap covering AI, MLOps, data governance, and platform scalability, supporting a shift towards data-first operations and intelligent automation.

What you will do

Develop and maintain the data architecture and roadmap aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand and analyze data requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
Design and create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various data domains
Define data standards, data governance policies, and data management processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the organization.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate data storage, integration, and processing technologies, including data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to implement data integration, and ETL/ELT processes.
Define and implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Provide guidance and best practices to development teams for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
Stay up to date with emerging data technologies and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization’s data architecture.
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure scalability, availability, and performance of data platforms and environments.
Document data architecture artifacts, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system integrations.

What you need for this

Required skills:

Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies.
5+ years of overall development experience.
3+ years of experience with AWS, DWH services (Redshift, Databricks, etc.), cloud storages (Azure Storage, S3), etc.
Solid experience with at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java, etc.)
Proven experience building DWH and data lakes, designing ELT / ETL processes
Strong knowledge of Big Data, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
Deep understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into practical data architecture solutions.
Proficiency in data modeling tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Will be a plus:

Experience with DataOps, data mesh etc.
Experience with GDPR/PII compliance strategies.
Familiarity with MDM practices.
