We are looking for a Creative Director to join our customer’s Global Digital Marketing team through Intellias on a staff augmentation basis.
As the senior creative voice inside an in-house Creative Factory, you will set the quality standard for one of the world’s leading agri-science companies – shaping work that reaches growers, distributors, and agricultural communities across more than 90 markets.
You will bridge creative ambition and business reality: translating strategy into compelling visual output, directing a cross-functional team, and leading AI integration into everyday creative workflows. What project we have for you

Our customer is a global leader in agricultural innovation, operating across more than 100 countries and serving millions of farmers. Its Global Digital Marketing function is building an in-house Creative Factory – a full-service internal agency delivering campaigns, key visuals, video, digital assets, UI/UX, and more across every market and brand.
 
The Creative Factory’s goal is to become the agency of choice: faster, smarter, and more brand-aligned than any external partner. The Creative Director reports directly to the Global Marketing Creative Operations lead and collaborates daily with a Creative Strategist and an Operations Manager, together forming the leadership core of this growing team. The scope is global, the audience is diverse, and the mandate is clear – raise the bar on every piece of creative that carries the brand.

What you will do

Creative leadership and vision

  • Own the creative vision and quality standard across the Creative Factory, covering campaigns, key visuals, video, digital, and UI/UX output
  • Lead concept development and art direction, ensuring creative work resonates across 90+ markets and diverse business functions
  • Review and approve all creative output, giving clear, actionable feedback that elevates every deliverable
  • Champion the brand’s unique advantage – grower centricity, agricultural context, and deep product understanding – as the Creative Factory’s competitive edge

Team direction and mentorship

  • Direct a cross-functional team of designers, video editors, UI/UX specialists, developers, and copywriters in a collaborative, non-directive style
  • Mentor team members, coach craft growth, and build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to make sure strategic intent is powerfully expressed in all final output
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to balance creative ambition with capacity, scheduling, and delivery

Stakeholder engagement and client partnership

  • Serve as the senior creative voice in stakeholder conversations, presenting and defending creative concepts with confidence
  • Partner with internal clients across GDM and market teams to understand campaign goals, business context, and audience needs
  • Manage relationships with local external agencies where in-house production is not the right model, keeping brand standards high

AI integration and creative innovation

  • Lead the Creative Factory’s adoption of generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly), integrating them into ideation and production workflows
  • Use AI to accelerate concept exploration, increase output quality, and enable faster iteration – without sacrificing craft or brand integrity
  • Stay ahead of developments in AI and creative technology, sharing insights and building team capability

What you need for this

Must-have

  • Middle to senior level: proven track record as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in an in-house agency, creative studio, or integrated marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio spanning campaigns, digital content, key visual development, and at least one of: video, UI/UX, or brand identity. We will ask you to provide the portfolio of cases in addition to your CV. 
  • Experience in B2B, pharma, or other highly regulated industries (agri-science knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite)
  • Hands-on fluency with Figma and core Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Active use of AI generative tools in creative workflows (Midjourney or equivalent)
  • Strong English, written and verbal – able to present and defend work to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and adaptable leadership style

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in multi-market or global brand environments
  • Additional European language
  • Background in agricultural, life-science, or sustainability brand storytelling
