Due to intensive growth, we are glad to invite a Compliance Expert, based in Ukraine.

What you will do

Participation in planning and implementing international ISO standards;
Support initiatives to comply with all applicable international and industry standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 14001, ISO 27701 and applicable customer requirements;
Identify and assess compliance risks and opportunities for Intellias;
Ensure that the compliance initiatives effectively prevent, detect and/or address violations of law, regulations and Intellias policies;
Analyze, develop, maintain, and implement Intellias policies, procedures, standards and other systematic preventive measures developed to ensure adherence to applicable compliance requirements and industry best practices;
Conduct internal audits for ISO standards, customer requirements, company’s policies and areas of compliance risk;
Assist and support the external audits activities (both customers’ and certification body’s audits);
Assist in external relationships from a compliance perspective.

What you need for this

3+ years of experience as Compliance expert in the company with well-developed processes;
Previous experience in implementation of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 14001, ISO 27701;
Excellent soft and organizational skills with ability to pay attention to details, multi-tasking and working under pressure;
Creative, analytically minded with strong problem-solving skills;
Understanding software engineering methodologies – PMI, SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall;
Understanding of IT outsourcing delivery processes;
Ability to successfully interact with managers, external and internal customers;
At least intermediate level of English, well-developed communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Will be a plus:

Experience in Health & Safety.
