Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Analyze the business context and client’s current state to define business needs.

• Identify functionality gaps required for the To-Be state and assist in defining the solution approach.

• Define, document, and manage solution scope; detect, track, and resolve requirements-related changes, conflicts, and issues.

• Specify systems, actors, and organizational departments impacted by the solution scope; define assumptions and constraints.

• Plan and manage communication with stakeholders, considering project specifics and stakeholder preferences.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to achieve a common understanding of the solution addressing business needs.

• Support stakeholders in prioritizing requirements and allocating them to milestones.

• Define and document non-functional requirements.

• Establish and enforce requirements lifecycle processes; ensure requirements traceability.

• Verify and validate requirements; assess risks related to feature development and implementation.

• Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance; manage solution acceptance criteria.

• Plan and estimate business analysis activities for the project.

• Analyze business analyst (BA) performance based on team and client feedback; suggest and implement improvements.

Requirements Definition & Specification

• Clarify requirements and participate in sprint planning sessions.

• Refine backlog and synchronize the product plan with the roadmap.

• Define requirements as User Stories with clear and precise acceptance criteria.

• Produce functional specifications that are clear and easy to understand.

• Prepare detailed component functional specifications.

• Define cost-effective and detailed technology solutions aligned with scoped business requirements and guiding principles.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with customer proposition and technology teams to elicit product requirements.

• Facilitate, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.

• Collaborate efficiently with different departments such as software development, testing, and environment teams.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, both business and technology, together with Proxy Product Owner and Delivery Manager.

• Manage communication and collaboration with development and QA teams during development and testing phases.

Development Support & Delivery

• Support two development teams as a Business Analyst, facilitating backlog refinement, translating requirements into user stories, and aligning business goals with delivery.
• Support development teams through handovers, answering questions, and supervising delivered outcomes.

• Help business stakeholders scope requirements and inform them about alternative solutions to set achievable goals aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely and collaboratively with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage the JIRA backlog actively.

• Good communication skills in English – verbal and written
• Ability to thoroughly document results of analysis to effectively represent business requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of software development
• Experience in system analysis 
• Experience in Fintech domain
• Experience with Client-Server architecture, Cloud solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
• Ability and willingness to work through details, including where required
• Understand and define user workflows
• Requirements elicitation, organization, and analysis skills
• Knowledge of software development business and product life-cycle models
• English: Upper-intermediate or above
• A Highly organized and detail-oriented, fast learner
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Tools (Jira, Confluence)
