As a BI Engineer on a Digital Healthcare Team, you will be responsible for the implementation of data analytics solution to provide insights for healthcare professionals focused on building a digital tools ecosystem aimed at enhancing medication adherence and achieving optimal health outcomes of patients.

The Digital Healthcare Team seeks a skilled and driven Data Architect to drive and support the development and launch of innovative digital care and life management programs targeting diabetes and other chronic conditions. We are building a comprehensive digital health platform that empowers patients with chronic conditions and their informal caregivers to manage health journeys more effectively together. Our platform combines multiple modular services into a seamless ecosystem that bridges the gap between clinical care and daily life management.

What you will do

  • Design and create dashboards based on data coming from various sources
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and behavioral science teams to develop analytics generating actionable insights
  • Contribute to discussions and elaboration of data standards and data management processes to ensure data quality & consistency
  • Document working artifacts
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand and analyze data requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.

What you need for this

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of overall development experience.
  • Proven experience as a BI Engineer, with an understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Solid experience with Tableau or similar tools
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience in analyzing and modelling data from various sources for BI solutions.
  • Experience designing and developing dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
  • Proven experience building DWH and data lakes, designing ELT / ETL processes
  • Understanding Big Data, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
  • Understanding of data management and data quality concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into practical data architecture solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with data modeling tools.
  • Experience with Databricks.
