AI Technical Lead

Technical Leadership 

• Define and oversee the architectural design of AI systems and solutions at Intellias 

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies, recommending adoption strategies to drive innovation and business value. 

• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Promote collaboration, ownership, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams. 

• Identify skill gaps and implement learning initiatives to elevate team capability. 

AI Development & Solution Delivery 

• Drive end-to-end development of AI solutions – from concept to deployment. 

• Integrate AI components into existing enterprise systems and applications. 

• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security of deployed AI products. 

• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues. 

• Initiate and guide research efforts, prototyping novel approaches using the latest AI techniques. 

Technical Expertise: 

• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, with a track record of delivering production-grade systems. 

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex AI projects and multi-disciplinary teams. 

• In-depth understanding of machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and model lifecycle management. 

• Expertise in agent-based systems and LLM orchestration (e.g., tool use, planning, and chaining). 

• Practical knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. 

• Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure AI, Atlassian Service Management, or equivalents. 

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Integration experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Power Platform is a strong plus. 

Programming & Framework Experience: 

• Python Stack: 
  Proficient in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks: 

• Machine Learning: scikit-learn, XGBoost 

• Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras 

• LLMs/NLP: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex 

• Workflow Orchestration: Prefect, Airflow, or similar 

• Familiarity with .NET Stack will be a plus: 

• C#/.NET and ML.NET 

• Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Search) 

• Integration of AI with Microsoft services and cloud-based workflows 

Education & Professional Skills: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. 

• Excellent analytical thinking and architectural design ability. 

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements.
