As an AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between data science experimentation and scalable production systems. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining high-impact Generative AI products that improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Unlike traditional research roles, this position focuses on the full lifecycle development of LLM-powered tools, moving from prototypes to robust production-grade agents.

GenAI Product Development: Build and maintain production-grade AI products, including:
○ AI Reservation Coaching: Automated systems for scoring and coaching reservation agent calls.
○ Intelligent Knowledge Assistants: RAG-based solutions providing real-time property expertise to agents.
○ Automated Guest Relations: Natural language systems for generating automated replies to guest feedback.
○ Marketing Optimization: Predictive engines to recommend segments for targeted marketing.
● Production Deployment (LLMOps): Deploy LLMs and agentic workflows into production environments using Amazon SageMaker pipelines.
● Hybrid Knowledge Retrieval: Design and implement advanced retrieval systems that combine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with Knowledge Graphs to ensure accuracy where vector search alone fails.
● System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing workflows and cloud-native services like AWS Lambda, EKS, and ECS.
● Continuous Monitoring: Implement performance evaluation and monitoring for deployed models to identify areas for improvement.
