What project we have for you

Our client is the fastest-growing global manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.

Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

As an Agile Governance Lead, you will be a part of a company strategic solution and integration project which is aimed to enable the vision of connected consumers experience.

What you will do

  • Coordination of business process implementation, making sure the team follows the new processes.
  • Org changes, change management implementation, and making the team more effective.

What you need for this

  • 4+ years of project management experience 
  • Scrum Master experience 
  • 2+ years of experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management 
  • Experience in managing projects of 20+ people
  • Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity 
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary 
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; 
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer; 
  • Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
