Kyiv, Ukraine – March 27, 2026 – Intellias, a global partner for AI-enabled product engineering and digital solutions, has won the DOU Awards 2026 in the nomination “Best Initiative Contributing to the Development of the IT Industry” with its She Is Tech initiative. The recognition acknowledges the company’s consistent efforts to support the professional growth of women in tech through educational formats, mentorship, and community building.
She Is Tech is a global initiative by Intellias designed to support women in technology. The program combines a strong community, educational events, mentorship, and leadership development. Originally an internal initiative, it has grown into an international movement, engaging women across roles and experience levels and addressing key industry challenges, including gender imbalance and limited access to leadership positions. Today, She Is Tech unites a global community of women across countries and career stages – from students and early-career professionals to experienced engineers, industry experts, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
She Is Tech for us is a long-term investment in strengthening women’s leadership in the industry. We are building an environment where women can grow, unlock their potential, and shape the future of technology. At the same time, we are raising awareness about gender equality and its importance, especially in the tech industry. It is a community where mutual support extends beyond borders and drives real change.
In 2025, the initiative scaled its impact with the third international She Is Tech 3.0 conference, supported by UN Women, bringing together 2,300+ participants from 60+ countries. The event included offline workshops across five countries, focused on practical skills and professional networking. Among the key initiatives of the year were the launch of the She Is Tech podcast, sharing stories of women in technology.
Intellias continues to receive recognition for its efforts in supporting women’s professional development. The company was named among the top three finalists of the inaugural WEPs Awards Ukraine 2025 in the “WEPs Signatories Award” category. In addition, Intellias received three Comparably Awards in 2025, including Best Company for Diversity, Best Company for Women, and Best Company Outlook.
