Progress toward gender equality isn’t just about major milestones—it’s also about the small, everyday steps that create lasting change. This year, as we mark International Women’s Day, Intellias is highlighting these moments through the Small Steps Count campaign.
From mentorship programs to leadership training, from community initiatives to workplace policies, our efforts focus on making tech a more inclusive and supportive space for women.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are one of the core values at Intellias. Over the years, we’ve introduced policies that promote equal opportunities, fair hiring, and a safe and respectful work environment. Our Code of Corporate Ethics and Ethics Committee ensure these values are put into practice, while dedicated policies on gender equality, anti-harassment, and diversity hiring guide our approach. Additionally, we have formulated specific policies such as Gender Equality, Equal Opportunity, Diversity Hiring and Recruitment, and Anti-Harassment policies.
Beyond internal policies, we’ve also joined global efforts for gender equality. Intellias is a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and participates in UN Women’s “Yes, You Can” campaign to address the gender pay gap and career stereotypes.
At Intellias, representation isn’t just about numbers—it’s about meaningful roles and fair compensation. Currently, 47.4% of management positions are held by women, and women make up 27.4% of our global workforce. Our goal is not just to increase numbers, but to create genuine opportunities for professional growth and leadership for women in tech.
Looking for a company that aligns with your values?
Our She Is Tech initiative extends beyond internal policies to foster a strong and supportive community for women in technology. Internally, She Is Tech connects over 400 women across Intellias, providing a platform for networking, mutual support, and professional growth. More than 30 internal meetings have taken place, and members have actively participated in over 50 industry events focused on women’s empowerment.
Beyond internal initiatives, we launched the She Is Tech Hub, an external community that has grown to over 1,300 women from around the world. This community provides a space for awareness campaigns, networking opportunities, and career growth. Last year, we hosted monthly webinars featuring industry experts, and this year, we are expanding with a podcast, a mentoring program, and continued knowledge-sharing sessions.
Additionally, the She Is Tech initiative hosted two global conferences in 2024, in partnership with UN Women. The first She Is Tech conference gathered over 2,500 participants, featuring 46 expert speakers and delivering 21 hours of workshops and sessions across three key themes: Workplace, Leadership, and Technology.
Building on this success, She Is Tech 2.0 was a two-day global event that brought together more than 3,100 attendees. With 47 speakers—including female founders, diversity experts, leaders, and engineers—the event offered 45 hours of deep-dive sessions and workshops across the same three core themes.
Intellias launched the IntelliLeader online training program for female leaders and managers. Through workshops and individual coaching sessions, participants explore their potential, strengthen their leadership skills, and advance their own projects.
In 2025, we launched the Leadership in Tech program “EmpowerHer”, designed to empower and support women. The program offers interactive workshops, panel discussions, coaching, and networking opportunities. Participants develop leadership strategies, enhance their skills, and build strong professional connections, all while gaining confidence and resilience to succeed in the industry.
Each year, we run educational and advocacy campaigns to promote gender equality and inclusion. Last year, employees from multiple countries joined the Race for the Cure to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Additionally, we’ve taken part in Girls in ICT Day, Pride Month, and 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
This year, our campaign is called Small Steps Count: Celebrating women’s everyday achievements, the campaign highlights the significance of small steps in the journey toward gender equality. The name is both literal and symbolic—emphasizing that even the smallest actions contribute to meaningful progress in achieving equal rights for women.
Balancing career and motherhood should never be a challenge. We offer medical care for newborns, financial assistance for mothers, and baby boxes for all employees welcoming a child. Our offices include nursing and childcare rooms, with study corners and childcare facilities in larger locations. The IntelliParents community provides a space for parents to share experiences and support each other.
Our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion has been acknowledged internationally. Intellias has received Diversity Recognition by Great Place to Work in Spain, the CSR Award 2024 for She Is Tech in India, and the EDI Company of the Year award at the IoT Slammys in the USA. Additionally, we have been recognized as the Dream Employer 2025 for EDI initiatives in Poland and achieved a top Corporate Equality Index Score in Ukraine.
At Intellias, we see diversity and inclusion not just as a policy, but as a driving force behind our success. We will continue to create meaningful opportunities, break down barriers, and empower the next generation of women in tech.
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate not just achievements, but also the small steps that make a difference—because every step counts.
