Our Pune specialists follow a hybrid work model, but what’s more important is the flexibility of the working day. Whether it’s stepping out to handle personal errands or adjusting their schedule to fit their needs, the team works in a way that supports both productivity and well-being.
The India team has naturally settled into a rhythm of coming in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Why? Because they love exchanging ideas, brainstorming and simply spending time together. From casual coffee breaks, and birthday celebrations to pizza days, the vibe in the office is warm and welcoming.
Here, our team is building meaningful solutions in digital finance and retail tech. One of the key projects is a Sharia-compliant digital bank developed from scratch using a serverless approach. More than just a banking app, it’s designed to help people grow and manage their wealth in a socially responsible way.
Another major project focuses on a retail platform used by millions across Europe—combining over 20 years of market expertise with modern technology to ensure seamless shopping and delivery across 28 countries.
We’re also proud of our map compilation project. Our engineers are developing advanced solutions that harness the power of location data to support smart city infrastructure, optimize business assets, and enable safer, more efficient navigation. These technologies are making a tangible impact and help clients make better decisions and deliver more value across various industries.

One of our most touching experiences was visiting Poona Blind School, where we donated an inverter for their computer classes and spent time with students, learning about their remarkable achievements—including playing cricket with a sound ball!
