We carefully chose this location before opening our delivery center in December 2022. Nestled in the Monday coworking space, it’s just a minute from the harbor and five minutes from the beach. And the views? From our meeting room windows, you’ll see palm trees, the sea, and on most days, a breathtaking sunset.
Málaga space reflects everything Intellias stands for — flexibility, comfort, and a human-centric approach to work. The office combines dedicated open spaces and cozy corners with Monday’s shared rooms: a fully equipped kitchen, gym, changing room, and even a screening area for open-air movies in spring and summer.
Whether you need a quiet place to focus or a comfy couch to brainstorm, it’s all designed to help you do your best work — your way.
Here, our tech professionals are driving innovation in financial services and AI. One of our standout projects is InteliAssistant, an AI copilot system designed to boost business productivity and reduce technology implementation costs. In financial services, our team partners with a leading international bank, helping them optimize internal operations and enhance efficiency.
At Intellias, flexibility is key. Many of us choose a hybrid or remote setup, but the office is rarely quiet—especially during strategic sessions like the iGaming Digital Transformation workshop or our full-segment strategy weeks for the FSI division. There’s something uniquely energizing about brainstorming and planning together under the Málaga sun.
But life here isn’t just about work. With such a diverse and upbeat team, there’s always something fun happening.
We kicked off February with a Carnival celebration, filled with colorful costumes and creative energy. Later, we embraced Spanish culture with a jamón tasting. And of course, who could forget our beach day? A little friendly competition in the games made it even more exciting, but at the heart of it all was simply enjoying the time together.
Throughout the year, we also celebrate Halloween, host a Christmas dinner, and come together for St. Patrick’s Day—just a few of the many moments that bring our team closer.
At Intellias, equity, diversity, and inclusion are more than just words—they’re at the core of who we are. We’re committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. One of the highlights of this commitment was a workshop on impostor syndrome, led by one of our colleagues for women in the FemCoders coding bootcamp. It was a truly empowering experience, offering practical tools to overcome self-doubt and creating a safe space for participants to share their stories.
Together with Spanish Paralympic athlete David Casinos we marked Disability Awareness Day with a Blind Breakfast. Around the holidays, we teamed up to make local kids’ dreams come true by donating and wrapping gifts for Fundación Olivares.
This is our way to show that we are a community that cares.
Our efforts to build a supportive and inclusive workplace haven’t gone unnoticed.
In 2023, Intellias received the Great Place to Work Certification in Spain, with an impressive 98% trust index — one of the highest among IT companies in the country.
Then, we were ranked #2 in the Best Workplaces Málaga 2023 for companies with 10 to 100 employees.
And in March 2024, we proudly received the Diversity Recognition from Great Place to Work, highlighting our ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
