More than just an internal recognition program, IntelliPerson fosters a culture of learning, knowledge-sharing, and continuous growth.
The IntelliPerson program is our way of acknowledging people who beside operational tasks find time and will to do mentoring, share expertise, give speeches at internal and external events, contribute to community initiatives, and supporting the company’s growth in rapid prototyping, etc. Through an annual cycle, specialists track their contributions, earn points, and unlock rewards that range from training budgets to exclusive gifts and a chance to win in our quarterly raffles.

Looking back at my contributions in 2024, I remember filming a YouTube video for Intellias Career in between calls, racing around the office to make the best shots, selling Communities’ merch to raise donations, leading a workshop on storytelling and laughing with our IntelliPeople. That’s what makes being an IntelliPerson special to me—the community of people I might never have connected with if not for this program.”
Recently we wrapped up the previous year with an exciting celebration—the IntelliPerson Award, where we honored the most outstanding contributors and reflected on the program’s success.
Eight specialists received a special award and additional presents (certificates and smarts, i.e., internal currency) for their exceptional efforts in mentoring, training, community leadership, enhancing Intellias’ employer brand, and business growth. It was a remarkable gathering of talent, passion, and recognition.
“Joining the IntelliPerson program happened in a natural way—I’ve always enjoyed taking part in technical interviews and project audits. I didn’t even realize how many points I’d earned until a colleague pointed out that I had enough for the Award. That was a surprise! I wasn’t chasing points; I just liked meeting new people, diving into different projects, and expanding my horizons. For me, that’s the best way to learn—fast-paced, dynamic, and never boring.
What I value most is that this isn’t something you can do passively, just by opening a doc and typing away. You have to engage, challenge ideas, and connect with others. That’s what makes it special. As for the certificate—well, I’ve got a wish list, and this will help me check a few things off.”

“In the first phase of our contribution program, we really concentrated on building a strong learning culture at Intellias. We highlighted contribution from mentors, internal speakers, and interviewers who helped us grow. Now, we’re excited to take things to the next level by diving into more activities that focus on business development. In this new phase, together with growing we’ll be emphasizing contribution to preparation of big deals, creating prototypes, and joining in on hackathons. We’re so excited to see all the amazing things our talents accomplish together!”
