Kyiv, Ukraine – October 14, 2025 – Intellias has once again been ranked the top employer in Ukraine according to the Corporate Equality Index. For the second consecutive year, the company has received the highest score for creating an inclusive, equitable, and safe environment for all specialists.
The Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index evaluates how companies implement principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Experts assess policies, procedures, and real business practices that shape the working environment.

For us, equality, inclusion, and accessibility are not one-time initiatives – they are a mindset that shapes everything from team interaction to leadership decisions. Throughout 2025, the Intellias team has strengthened existing DEI practices and introduced new ones. Intellias remains committed to ensuring equal opportunities for growth and development of all professionals, regardless of gender, age, experience, or background.
Intellias continues to actively support women in tech, and the company has transformed its internal experience of empowering women into a global movement. This fall, for the third time in a row and in partnership with UN Women, Intellias is organizing She Is Tech, a large-scale online conference that brings together thousands of women professionals from around the world. Beyond the conference, the She Is Tech community remains active year-round as an online space with over 2,000 engaged participants. Within the community, women share experiences, support each other, find and become mentors, and gain new knowledge and tools for career growth.
Another key focus for Intellias is supporting mobilized employees, veterans, and their families. The company has implemented an internal policy for supporting specialists with combat experience and has launched a comprehensive program to adapt internal processes to meet veterans’ needs upon return. This year, Intellias also established a community for families of military personnel, where their loved ones receive necessary assistance. Additionally, the company has joined a national initiative aimed at fostering a culture of remembrance within the corporate environment.
Intellias also advocates for the development of adaptive sports and has signed a trilateral memorandum of cooperation with the Lviv City Council and the Ukrainian Para Ice Hockey Federation. Intellias supports the Unbroken team, which includes war veterans as well as civilians with disabilities.
Promoting responsible parenthood, Intellias helps employees balance their careers with their family responsibilities. To do this, the company has established a community for parents and caregivers, and Intellias offices are equipped with rooms where kids can stay under the supervision of childcare providers. In the Lviv and Kyiv offices, there are also specially designated spaces for breastfeeding and infant care.
In support of employee well-being, Intellias has launched IntelliWell — a comprehensive platform that brings together all of the company’s services focused on mental, physical, social, and professional well-being. IntelliWell Spaces are also available in the company’s offices. These dedicated areas help employees manage stress and maintain balance throughout the workday.
