Kraków, Poland — Oct 10, 2023 — Intellias, a global IT company with offices in Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Łódź, won first place and a special award at the SoDA Awards 2023. The company’s Portable Automotive Kit was recognized as the best solution in the Innovation category. The jury also acknowledged IntelliWomen, Intellias’ corporate initiative aimed at empowering women in the tech industry.
The award ceremony took place at the annual SoDA conference, which brought together more than 200 IT companies. Experts chose the most significant projects of Polish IT community leaders in eight categories.
Intellias’ innovative Portable Automotive Kit received top marks from judges in the Innovation category. The kit prototype demonstrates the company’s extensive technical capabilities, from hardware and embedded software development to cloud integration and interface design.
The Portable Automotive Kit is a modern human–machine interaction system, using TomTom navigation and ADAS functions. Earlier this year, Intellias successfully presented the kit at the CES23 international exhibition of technological innovations in Las Vegas.
Winning the SoDA Awards 2023 is a great honor and an even bigger motivation for our team. We love to share our experience and see it getting positive reviews. Intellias also received a special award from the jury in the Employer Brand category. The jury appreciated IntelliWomen, Intellias’ initiative that aims to promote gender equality and fights gender stereotypes in the professional environment.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion are among Intellias’ core and unchanging values. In the spring of 2021, the company signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Thanks to their successful implementation, the share of female specialists in the company is constantly increasing. Women currently hold 43.81% of leadership positions, compared to 35.16% in 2021.
This SoDA award is especially valuable for Intellias.
