December 12, 2024 – Warsaw, Poland – Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company with offices in Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Łódź, has been awarded the title of Dream Employer in Poland in the EDI category. The IntelliWomen Community initiative received the highest scores, recognized by the women at Intellias as a valuable space for professional development, knowledge sharing, and support.
The annual Dream Employer Award in Poland recognizes the most attractive employers, based on feedback from employees and job seekers. It highlights organizations that create inspiring, diverse, and inclusive work environments, foster strong relationships, and effectively adapt to evolving labor market trends. This year, a jury of experts and practitioners selected the winners across eight categories.
The IntelliWomen Community, which won in the EDI category, unites over 450 Intellias professionals worldwide. In 2021, Intellias pledged to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), endorsed by the U.N. Global Compact and U.N. Women. Since then, the company has actively integrated these principles into its daily operations and global business processes.
The creation of the IntelliWomen Community reflects this dedication, fostering an inclusive environment where women feel supported, welcomed, and empowered. The community consistently organizes internal events and actively engages in external initiatives, such as mentoring women and girls in IT, volunteering, collaborating with other women-focused tech communities, and advocating for various initiatives both within the company and beyond.
