A global technology partner to Fortune 500 companies, Intellias has been ranked among the best workplaces in Poland in 2024 by Great Place To Work. The company also earned a spot as one of the best workplaces for Millennials.
Experts from the global research and consulting firm Great Place To Work selected the best workplaces in Poland among 196 participating companies during the sixteenth edition of the competition. Intellias secured second place among 20 finalists in the medium-sized companies category.

In addition to the main list of winners, experts from the Great Place To Work selection committee announced the best places to work for Millennials. This subset traditionally includes 10 companies that are highly rated by Millennial (Generation Y) employees, who were born in the 1980s and 1990s. Intellias took second place among companies of various sizes which participated in the rating.

In 2023, Intellias received Great Place To Work certification, which recognizes the best employers in Poland and over 150 countries worldwide. At the time, the trust index among Intellias employees was 92%, one of the highest in the Polish IT market. Specialists evaluated Intellias according to several criteria: reliability, respect, transparency of work processes, teamwork, and internal culture.
Last year, Intellias’ expertise and corporate culture were repeatedly honored in Poland.
