On January 25, managers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and public figures from Europe and the USA spent more than 10 hours discussing challenges that women face in IT and sharing personal success stories. Here is a brief recap of She Is Tech, plus conference recordings.

It was a great experience of exchanging thoughts with female leaders of tech companies, listening to their stories about challenges, victories, and achievements they had in a professional field. I’m looking forward to encouraging more women to start their career in tech. I hope that we will have more diverse workplaces by the time my daughter starts her professional journey.

Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is a core value at Intellias. In the spring of 2021, Intellias became the first Ukrainian IT company to sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), initiated by the UN Global Compact and UN Women.
