AI Pre-Screen Agent received a Gold award in the Innovations in Selection category. The AI-powered solution automates early-stage candidate interviews and helps recruiters focus on skills and cultural fit. The solution saves approximately 15 minutes per interview, improves the quality of candidate data, and makes better hiring decisions.
IntelliVoice earned a Silver award in the Employer Brand Strategy category. This employee advocacy and thought‑leadership program is designed to empower Intellias experts to share professional insights and industry expertise on LinkedIn. It helps strengthen the company’s visibility and credibility through authentic voices. The initiative unites around 150 active ambassadors across multiple markets.
Ecomobility Summer received Silver recognition in the CSR Activity Program category. The initiative promotes sustainable mobility, employee well-being, and community engagement through low-emission commuting. In 2025 alone, participants walked and cycled 159,156 km, collectively avoiding 34,696 kg of CO₂ emissions.
