Lviv, Ukraine — [October 8, 2026] — Intellias, an AI-enabled digital product engineering and technology solutions partner, is expanding its collaboration with Invictus Games Ukraine by upgrading the organization’s website technology.
The upgraded platform helps centralize community participant management and coordinate events and communications, while also creating a digital foundation for scaling Invictus Games Ukraine programs.
The Intellias team delivered the project in two and a half months using an AI-orchestrated development approach. AI was used across all key stages, from requirements analysis and technical documentation to code development, test creation, and change verification. The platform was developed across several parallel workstreams, allowing the team to work on different functional modules simultaneously.
AI automated routine engineering tasks, while the team focused on architecture, business logic, and quality control. The results went through automated checks, independent engineering reviews, and final manual validation. This approach reduced development time by 8.2 times, or 87%, compared with the traditional process.
As a result, the team quickly delivered the first operational release and created a foundation for further platform development. The solution will help Invictus Games Ukraine reduce manual work, engage more effectively with program participants, and develop digital services based on the needs of its community.
Today, the Invictus Games Ukraine community includes more than 1,400 veterans, active-duty service members, and military personnel. Working with a CRM system that centrally collects and organizes data helps the organization’s team move away from managing multiple documents across different platforms, including Excel spreadsheets and Google Forms, toward a unified CRM ecosystem. The team processes between 200 and 500 applications ahead of each event. Accelerating this process helps provide faster feedback.
The platform is the next stage of collaboration between Intellias and Invictus Games Ukraine. In 2025, Intellias allocated UAH 1 million to purchase adaptive sports equipment and provided the community with adaptive bicycles for veterans and active-duty service members with different types of injuries and trauma.
It is important for us to support veterans and help them return to active life. This time, we contributed to Invictus Games Ukraine by doing what we do best — creating a solution that makes the team’s work and the organization of the Games easier. For us, this is more than just a project. It is an opportunity to do something genuinely useful for the people to whom we owe so much.
Invictus Games Ukraine supports veterans and active-duty service members who have sustained injuries, trauma, or illnesses during their service, using sports as a tool for physical and psychological recovery. As its programs grow, so does the need for digital tools that help the organization coordinate its work more efficiently, manage data securely, and maintain ongoing engagement with the community.
Behind each of the 200–500 applications for our events is the recovery journey of an individual. The Invictus Games community has grown to more than 1,400 participants, so moving to a single digital platform together with Intellias was an important step for us. Our team now spends less time on routine tasks and more on supporting veterans, who can receive feedback more quickly.
Intellias systematically supports veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, while also developing adaptive sports initiatives in Ukraine. In particular, the company supports the Unbreakable para ice hockey team. Intellias has also implemented an internal support policy for veterans and mobilized colleagues, developed the Family Resilience Community, and works systematically to foster a culture of remembrance and gratitude within the corporate environment, including through the Wall of Honor initiative.
