She Is Tech 4.0 brings together women building the next real economy

The conference explores how women are building the technologies, businesses and careers behind the next real economy, bringing together a community built on shared experience, knowledge and meaningful connections.

October 20, 2026 – Intellias, an AI-enabled product engineering and digital solutions partner, announces She Is Tech 4.0 conference, taking place online on November 5. Under the theme “Women building the next real economy,” this year’s event will bring together around 2,000 women across technology, business and leadership to share practical expertise, build meaningful connections and explore the ideas shaping their industries and careers.

Women are not only part of the technology industry. They are building the products, businesses and teams changing how industries work. From AI and engineering to entrepreneurship and leadership, their work turns technology into products, services and businesses with real-world impact.

She Is Tech 4.0 will bring these perspectives together. This year’s conversations will span responsible AI, leadership, entrepreneurship, neurodiversity, social impact and motherhood in tech, connecting technology and business with the realities of building and growing a career in a changing industry.
