September 20, 2024 – London, UK – Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company, has won the UK-based Corporate Engagement Award for our UnSEEn Inclusivity Days initiative. This internal program raises awareness for people with disabilities through educational events, networking opportunities, and efforts to promote an inclusive work environment.
For the 14th consecutive year, the Corporate Engagement Awards (CEA) recognize companies that excel in creating a positive social and environmental impact through their corporate engagement and social responsibility initiatives. The CEA honor three key areas: corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, corporate sponsorships, and communication strategies. This year, Intellias earned Bronze in the category of “Best Alignment of Brand Values During a CSR Program.”
At Intellias, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are core values that drive our community-focused efforts. One such initiative is UnSEEn Inclusivity Days, aimed at raising awareness about people with disabilities through educational events, fundraising, and promotion of an inclusive work environment. We highlighted the daily challenges faced by individuals with complete blindness or low vision.
We strive to create a supportive, inspiring, inclusive environment where diverse people can reach their full potential and work together on developing next-generation digital solutions. Initiatives such as UnSEEn Inclusivity Days can break barriers, foster unimpeded communication, encourage change, and make workplaces more inclusive. We are proud of the results of this initiative and are determined to continue our work by expanding it into a series of regular initiatives.
To raise awareness for people with vision impairment and their needs, Intellias partnered with the Three After Midnight Museum, an NGO that provides educational dark museum tours led by guides with low vision and complete blindness. During UnSEEn Inclusivity Days, Intellias and the museum collaborated to create diverse activities that promote inclusivity and accessibility:

The Corporate Engagement Awards recognize the most successful and innovative corporate partnerships and sponsorships and the communication strategies around those collaborations. Launched in 2011 by Communicate magazine, the awards program me has grown to be the benchmark for collaborations that excel and push boundaries. These awards highlight outstanding practices in areas such as community involvement, sustainability, employee engagement, and philanthropy. Winning or being nominated for such an award can signify a company’s strong commitment to responsible business practices and its effectiveness in fostering positive change.
