Intellias, a global technology enabler to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations, has released its 2022 Sustainability Report summarizing the results of the company’s dedication to sustainable practices, emphasizing the company’s people-first approach and positive global impact on communities and ecosystems within the industry.

Intellias’ comprehensive approach to sustainable development is rooted in the UN Sustainable Development Goals and considers the impact of the company’s activities on relationships with customers, partners and colleagues, society, and the environment. The report complies with leading reporting standards, namely the Global Reporting Initiative and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, and covers the following essential issues:

  • Data security and quality of services
  • Welfare and development of specialists
  • Social responsibility
  • Environmental impact

“Sustainability despite the war” became Intellias’ unofficial motto in 2022. At the beginning of 2022, Intellias implemented one of its Business Continuity Plan scenarios, evacuating team members from the central, eastern, and southern parts of Ukraine as quickly as possible, restoring operational capacity, and delivering on the company’s commitments to clients.

Looking back on this year, I am indescribably proud of everyone who has continued to work, develop, donate, and defend. Our long-standing investments into building a resilient company and sustainable leadership have helped us stand through the hardest times and get back to work with new ambitions. I am grateful to my colleagues for their work and dedication, to our partners for their steadfast support for Ukraine, and to our defenders for continuing to fight for our freedom.

Vitaly Sedler
CEO and co-founder of Intellias

Following the company’s business globalization strategy, in 2022, Intellias opened new offices in Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain, Colombia, and India. In 2022, Intellias also continued hiring in Ukraine and opened a new office in Uzhhorod. Another significant event in 2022 was the acquisition of the UK-based service company Digitally Inspired, which focuses on the development of IT systems in the retail, eCommerce, healthcare, and aviation industries.

Having equality, diversity, and inclusivity (EDI) as a key value, Intellias continues working towards improved gender balance in the IT field by supporting and empowering the professional development of women. Currently, women hold 43.81% of leadership positions at Intellias, compared to 35.16% in 2021.

Last year, Intellias received several awards acknowledging the company as a top employer, namely by:
