November 4, 2025 – Brussels, Belgium – Global software engineering and digital consulting company Intellias has been shortlisted at the 2025 Effie Europe Awards for its “Real Not Perfect” campaign — a celebration of authenticity as the driving force behind innovation. The campaign highlights genuine stories of real people behind the digital solutions that are shaping the future of technology. For decades, Effie Europe has celebrated the continent’s most effective marketing campaigns, setting the benchmark for best practices and highlighting strategies that deliver real-world impact. The organizers have called this year’s edition the most successful in Effie Europe’s history, with entries once again reflecting the evolving priorities of the marketing industry.
The 2025 finalists were selected from hundreds of entries across a range of countries, emerging through a rigorous first-round evaluation and showcasing campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide. Almost 250 industry professionals from 25 European countries contributed their time and expertise to select the strongest work of the year.
By launching the “Real Not Perfect” campaign, Intellias set out to celebrate the real people who drive the tech industry forward while staying true to themselves. The campaign showcases tech professionals at their most genuine — laughing, reflecting, feeling tired, and creating meaningful solutions that make a difference. To capture these stories, Intellias sent 70 single-use cameras to employees, resulting in more than 2,000 raw, unfiltered moments of life in tech. These authentic snapshots became the heart of the campaign — which was shared across social media, within professional communities, and on media platforms — amplifying its reach and emotional impact worldwide.

By celebrating everyday authenticity, we connected with tech professionals seeking a culture that values people – helping them see Intellias not just as an employer, but as a place where they truly thrive.
Being shortlisted by Effie Europe means that the “Real Not Perfect” campaign has now been recognized across five countries and at six major industry awards. The campaign was celebrated at the Hermes Creative Awards in the USA, shortlisted in the Creative Idea category at the RAD Awards in the UK, and awarded Best Creative Employer Brand Activity at the Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2024 in Croatia. It also received a distinction in the External Campaign category at the 2025 Employer Branding Excellence Awards in Poland and won the Marcas Que Enamoram International Award, further cementing its global influence and industry acclaim. The campaign was also shortlisted for the European Excellence Awards in Germany.
