Intellias ranked among the happiest companies in Portugal for the second year in a row

The recognition comes from the annual Happiness Works study, conducted in partnership with Forbes Portugal, APG, and leading Portuguese universities.

Since 2012, the study has measured organizational happiness and focused on leadership, recognition, purpose, work-life balance, environment, and team engagement. Each year, over 100 companies across Portugal take part, with professionals across all levels rating their workplace experience. In 2026, Intellias achieved a score of 4.4 out of 5.
