The Best Employer Brand Awards Adria brings together leading employers from Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and the wider Adria region to celebrate excellence in employer branding. Within this highly competitive environment, Intellias stood out for its creative and people-centric approach.
The Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2025 jury evaluated companies based on their employer branding strategies, the creativity and innovation of their campaigns, and their commitment to employees’ career development. The assessment also considered the strength of company culture and complexity of communication campaign. “Mom, Dad, I’m Engineering the New Era” initiative was recognized for highlighting the role of parents and family members in supporting the dreams and aspirations of Intellias’ experts, who are building technology solutions that shape the digital future.
The campaign introduced parents and family members to the place where we spend so much time – work. It consisted of office tours, heartfelt phone calls, and joint activities. All this was done to show that innovation is born where there is support and love. The initiative made the world of technology closer and more understandable to our loved ones.
