Intellias featured in GCC Workplace Innovation Playbook 2026

Recognition highlights Intellias approach to applying agentic AI to improve recruitment efficiency

Bengaluru, India — August 6, 2026 — Intellias, an AI-enabled product engineering and digital solutions partner, has been featured in the GCC Workplace Innovation Playbook 2026 for its AI Pre-Screen Agent. The publication was launched at the GCC Workplace Innovation Summit & Awards 2026, India’s largest annual event recognizing workplace innovation and excellence across Global Capability Centers.

The Playbook showcases how India-based Global Capability Centers are driving global product development and digital transformation, while sharing best practices and highlighting the role of India’s talent and startup ecosystem in enabling innovation at scale.

The GCC Workplace Innovation Playbook brings together practical examples of how leading organizations are turning innovation into enterprise outcomes. We are proud to see Intellias featured alongside some of the industry’s most innovative companies and to contribute our own experience to this year’s edition. For our India team, this recognition demonstrates the impact of the work we do locally and its relevance to global business priorities,

Intellias was recognized for developing an AI-powered tool that conducts early-stage candidate screening before the recruiter conversation takes place. The AI Pre-Screen Agent conducts early-stage candidate screening before recruiter conversations, automatically collecting and structuring information so recruiters can dedicate more time to evaluating competencies, and experience.

The AI Pre-Screen Agent has already delivered measurable results across the full recruitment cycle:

  • In Q1 2026, the AI agent completed 833 fully finished pre-screens across multiple markets.
  • Candidate response rates ranged from 44% to 100%, depending on the location. In India, the response rate reached 67%.
  • The agent saves recruiters 15 minutes per interview by automating the pre-screening stage.
  • Around 30% of interview time is shifted from administrative questions to evaluating candidates’ competencies and cultural fit.
  • After the agent’s launch, the share of candidates approved to move to the next hiring stage increased by 5%.

We think of an AI agent much like a new colleague: it gets a clearly defined job, a result owner, and its own measures of success. The Pre-Screen Agent has earned that place: 833 completed pre-screens in a quarter, around fifteen minutes returned to recruiters per interview, and a third of interview time shifted from administrative questions to what matters — understanding people. That reflects how we approach AI across Intellias: accountable agents, measured outcomes, and human time spent where people matter most
