Held annually, the CSR Awards celebrate companies in India for their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and community development in such areas as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and women’s empowerment.
She Is Tech is a large online conference that brings together women from the tech industry worldwide. Supported by UN Women, Intellias has hosted the conference twice, focusing on exploring and sharing innovative solutions to improve gender diversity within the tech sector and beyond.
She Is Tech is crucial both locally and globally in advancing the representation and success of women in tech. Intellias has made a significant contribution by creating a platform that not only supports women in the industry but also fosters meaningful conversations on overcoming challenges and breaking barriers. The conference encourages open discussions and includes workshops where female leaders and specialists in technology, recruitment, professional development, employee experience, and talent management collaborate to develop strategies for fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment. Thousands of women, including numerous speakers from India, the USA, the UK, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, France, Croatia, Bulgaria, Finland, Malaysia, and other countries, have participated and shared their experiences during She Is Tech conferences.
She Is Tech stands out for its blend of practical insights, thought-provoking discussions, and community-building efforts. It fosters a supportive environment for learning, networking, and advocating for a more diverse tech industry. Together with 50 other speakers, Indian experts shared their knowledge for women all around the world. This mix of global and Indian perspectives enriches the conversation around fostering gender balance for the future tech evolution.

Women now hold almost 48% of managerial positions at Intellias, up from 35% in 2021.
