We are looking for a Data Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to define and drive the data strategy foundation for a next-generation AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement ecosystem.
This role will serve as the bridge between business strategy, marketing operations, customer engagement, analytics, and technology teams to ensure that data becomes a strategic asset enabling personalized, intelligent, and measurable customer engagement across the healthcare ecosystem.
The organization is building an AI-enabled engagement platform designed to orchestrate customer interactions, content, campaigns, and recommendations across multiple channels.
The Data Strategy SME will establish the data vision, governance framework, activation strategy, and information architecture required to power customer intelligence, AI-driven decisioning, advanced analytics, and omnichannel engagement capabilities.
